No strings attached.  If your case is particularly complex, and will take days to review,  we may  ask for an evaluation fee.  You will never incur fees with Banks Law Office without agreeing to a  fee structure in advance.  We accept many cases on a contingency fee basis, which means that you pay no attorney fees unless we get a recovery for you.
